Matthew Chalmers – Managing Director CPL Property Group.
CPL Property Group was founded by Matthew Chalmers in 2009. Matthew has over 20 years experience in the property industry and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, Civil and Structural from the University of Newcastle and is a licensed NSW builder. Prior to forming CPL Property Group, Matthew held the position of Senior Project Manager for private developer Johnson Property Group, Project Manager for Citta Property Group and Senior Engineer for Lake Macquarie City Council. Matthew has been responsible for the successful delivery of numerous multi-million dollar developments throughout NSW and Victoria.

Melanie Linde – Director CPL Property Group.
Melanie Linde is a director of CPL Property Group with Matthew Chalmers. Melanie has extensive experience in residential sales and marketing with over 12 years experience in the property industry and holds a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Newcastle. Prior to forming CPL Property Group, Melanie has worked with a number of national property developers and leading project home builders through her role as Sales & Marketing Manager for Citta Property Group (Newcastle, Sydney & Melbourne) and Account Director for Enigma Communications (Newcastle & Sydney). Melanie brings her experience in residential sales and marketing to CPL Property Group.

Fern Valley, Cardiff
Fern Valley is a nine lot residential estate comprising five single level homes and four two storey homes. With all nine homes sold off-the-plan, this project was completed in June 2016.
Chippindall Street, Speers Point
This three lot residential subdivision is located in the sought after suburb of Speers Point. It comprises of one single dwelling home and two double storey homes, offering fantastic views of Lake Macquarie. CPL Property Group successfully completed the design and construction of these homes with all three selling on completion in 2018.
